How It All Began

The principals of Energy Resource Partners initially began their careers in the Energy industry as field agents. For many years they became proficient at the various disciplines necessary to be successful title and acquisition agents. During that time, it became evident that a higher level of honesty and character could be brought to the workplace. It was determined that the industry was in desperate need of companies where integrity and work ethic were valued, and as a result, ERP was formed.

Working Smarter...and Harder

The main goal since its inception has been on identifying agents that exhibit our core values, compensating them generously, and offering them a wholesome, drama free work environment. Our agents are expected to maintain a work ethic and level of character that is beyond what our clients are accustomed to typically. Most clients find it refreshing to do business with a group that self governs, rather than one eager to sweep issues under the rug. This approach has allowed us to have what is likely the highest agent retention in the industry. Since we do not have a revolving door, over time we are able to learn our agent’s personalities, strengths, and weaknesses, which allows us to specifically place them where their talents can be most efficiently utilized.

Even after many years of success, the principals continue to work alongside our agents in the field while making themselves readily available to our clients. This hands on approach helps to facilitate a level of accountability throughout the company. These are the components that have allowed us to maintain an impressive record of completing projects within the time and budget constraints of our clients. When necessary, we can mobilize an effective team of experienced professionals for small to large scale projects in a short period of time.
